We want you to love your Crown & Leathers piece. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
